For someone who is in the military I would expect better customer service than what I witnessed here. I stood behind two ladies who were constantly cut and ignored and I even got to go ahead of them. They missed their flight standing there for so long and the customer service attendants started yelling at hem when they got rightfully upset when they were told to try again tomorrow after they missed their flight. I was completely mortified how how they were treated. I guess having patches on my backpack got me ahead, I donā€™t know but that wasnā€™t worth a skip and a jump thatā€™s for sure. I have heard not to use this airport and now I know why.
