I was desperately trying to ring a person at Bne Help. It is impossible to find a number to speak to a live operator. My query was, Is there a wheelchair service at the front of the domestic terminal, I am booked for assistance for Qantas flight 663 to Adelaide on Sunday 06/06/21 Please respond before Saturday evening. Hi there, I would like to check on an unclaimed baggage that I did not report but may have been collected and is possibly at Baggage Services in Brisbane International Airport. I flew in on Air Niugini flight PX003 yesterday Tuesday 24/05/22 (1:30pm arrival). A piece of our baggage (1 x item) was not located when checking Carousel 6 including the adjacent carousels. We have our baggage tag copies and not all are intact (the tags – some are ripped) so we cannot confirm exactly which tag number the missing package is for. Apart from going to the airport in person how else can I check for the missing baggage? Is there an operator number that I can call? Again, we did not report the baggage missing so we do not have a claim reference number to quote when enquiring, etc. Appreciate a response asap. Thank you.

Hi pearl, my parents flew into aus to visit me, there bags didn’t make 1 of the flights, there bags where to take this route flight SQ235 5 July Singapore to Brisbane then on flight VA449 to Darwin 6th July. I had a phone call from Brisbane airport on Friday to verify the luggage unfortunately my parents where not with me at the time to verify there luggage and the girl on the phone refused to ring back. Told me the bags would lay there and hung the phone up. I’ve rang every call centre from Lufthansa in Germany as my mother and father flew with them from Dublin Ireland to Singapore then Jetstar Singapore to Darwin, I really need these bags we know they are there this has been confirmed to us in these bags is morphine patches for my mother and thyroid tablets for my father this is going on 7 days now I need some1 to help locate these bags so we can verify them and have them sent to Darwin please
