I have for the past few weeks been trying to get in touch with the British airways office in Ghana on the stipulated numbers given on the website but I don’t get any response at all. I’m afraid to say that I am so disappointed with this situation. This is a very poor customer service. Your online service is also not working. What is going on with such a big airline company like British airways? It’s a big shame as I have to travel down from the north of Ghana to get to your Accra office to resolve a small issue that can easily be done online. What the hell is going on? I don’t
think me my friends and my entire family will be travelling with you anymore .I’m really fed up with this horrible situation and enough is enough. Will somebody please get on your feet and get this horrible situation sorted out. It’s a big shame on British airways.
