I have had the most unpleasant experience this past weekend (04/01/2020) which was coincidentally my 29th birthday. i planned to spend the day in Johannesburg with my fiance however this was not possible as my 08h10 flight was delayed until 15h30 and even then left approximately 10 minutes late. some of the passengers received vouchers for the inconvenience however i was one of the unlike passengers who lost 7 hours 30 minutes of my birthday and was offered no such voucher. That was likely the last time i use British airways.
