Cathay Pacific Airlines – Travel restrictions to the following destinations due to CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19)

Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Canada, France, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, China, Thailand, The Philippines, UAE, US, Vietnam

All foreign nationals are required to undergo a compulsory self-quarantine for a maximum of up to 14 days immediately upon arrival.

Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon Flights have been suspended to Mainland China, The Americas, Australia, Italy, Israel, Asia, Spain

  • China ā€“ Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan regions: Kaohsiung, Taichung and all mainland China destinations with the exception of Beijing, Shanghai Pudong, Chengdu and Xiamen
  • The Americas: New York (Newark) and Washington D.C.
  • South West Pacific: Adelaide
  • Europe: Rome, Milan, Tel Aviv, London (Gatwick) and Barcelona
  • Asia: Chiangmai, Bahrain, Kolkata, Clark, Davao, Male, Jeju, Busan, Seoul, Okinawa, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sapporo, and Tokyo (Haneda), Tokyo (Narita) and Osaka.

Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon Refunds and Rebooking due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

  • If you booked on or before 4 February 2020 for travel until 31 May 2020 for any ticket to, through or from Hong Kong, you can change your booking with no rebooking or rerouting fees.
  • You may have to pay a fare difference if your new ticket is more expensive, but our agents will do their best to find you a similar priced fare.
  • You can choose a new date up to 10 December 2020.
  • If you havenā€™t decided right now, donā€™t worry ā€“ you have until 31 May 2020 to change your ticket.

Passenger who wants refund for the booked flight or rebook the flight on another date, you can contact the travel agent orĀ Cathay pacific office and Cathay Dragon directly.

  2. Flights between Vancouver and New York JFK:
    You can refund any part of your journey that has not been flown.

If you are travelling from 5 March to 28 March between:

  • Hong Kong and Niigata

If you are travelling from 13 March to 28 March between:
