I travel with Cebu air on Jan 31, 2019 ,it was the worst experience I ever had ,the flight we arrived 2 hours before take off ,there was a delay ,at 2pm they herded us in to a gate for 2 more hours , a 5 pm they got us to go back through customs ,and drove us 1hour away to a hotel low bugjet which shareing a room was mandatory, I got a person with a bad cold and caught and he gave that cold to me that evening, we then were ship back to the air port at 12pm to sit even long in the airport till we finally got on the airplane 26 hours latter and arrived at our destination………I was sick,been up for 48hrs,my 1st night reservation was to be paid , it screwed my whole vacation up and my 3 friend, we lost 1 full day,but we were also burned out ,it was really 3 days we lost ,2 hotel room and a cold my entire trip…………our compensation was a free trip in the next 6 months which was impossible for two of my friends
I believe that Cebu handled this affair so bad I think we are owed much more compensation and a free-trip for a year not six months
I just started working for a travel blogging company,my intention to make this trip my life’s work unless we receive some JUST compensation
