My wife and I had a connecting flight from Cebu to Manila and then Masbate with a flight to Masbate at 5:30am. Our fist flight landed on at 12:30 am from Cebu and when we got to terminal 4, your office counter is closed with people already lining up. Some came from an International flights. So most of us lack of sleep and need to sleep in some like in my situation.
YOU SHOULD HAVE THE COUNTER OPEN like AirAsia and AirSwift El Nido. This would really help.
