Calling customer service no is a waste of time. No one is answering the phone.
Iwas calling your 8702088 number and it was busy. I made a mistake ladt night when i booked on our departure date from cebu to manila on oct 8 2020 instead of oct 11, 2020.. oct 8 is also our manila to cebu flight. I will ask for assistance i have no reference number. It is frustrating. This is my first time in booking experience and this mistake i want to correct. Hope to amend this sooner
