    Your Cargo Agent Reina Amparo does not know how to deal with costumers. My mother and I picked up a package for my brother but encountered and issue because we did not have an authorization letter. Although we presented my brother’s ID the agent insisted that the package could not be released without the letter. We said that we were not aware of this and that we have been regularly picking up packages for him for the past year. I asked when this policy was implemented and she answered in a very condescending tone that this has been in place ever since cargo started. But how can that be when we have picked up packages without the authorization letter in the past? I asked if I could speak to someone higher up and she claims that there is no one in a higher rank than her at Cebu Pacific Cargo Bacolod. Is this true? I highly doubt that. We proceeded to ask for her name and she wrote it down in illegible handwriting. I attempted to take her picture but she claims I am not allowed. I then asked to see her ID for verification purposes because how do I know if she wrote down her real name? She flung her ID behind her and said that it is company policy that she is not allowed to show me her ID. Is that true? She then proceeded to accuse us of harassing her and called the police on me and my mother causing us great embarrassment in front of all the other employees. This employee of yours then began to lecture me and my mother implying that we have caused her a great inconvenience. This was outrageous. I admit that we are not faultless because we were outraged. As a costumer I expect employees not to answer as if I was the inconvenience. That employee was rude and condescending. I am aghast by the service she provided and I hope this does not go without any reprimand.
