During my flight from Stockholm to Shanghai my luggage was lost (I am living in Austria)
Shanghai luggage desk (CEA) has informed us that the luggage was sent via Paris to Vienna.
Luggage never arrived to Vienna and we found out that Luggage never left Paris.
Shanghai luggage desk (CEA) closed the case PVGMU57631 and told us to handle eveything else with Paris office and to use number +33144860458 –> this number does not work. In the internet, Paris office is mentioned to be reachable under +33 1 44 86 03 00. Called this about 30 times, but nobody ever picked up
