    Dear Customer Services,

    We are very disappointed with our flight with China Eastern Airlines on April 14, 2018 due to the delayed flight MU548 from Bangkok to Shanghai and also missed luggage (MU719 Shanghai – Nagoya) which effected our trip in Nagoya. It was raining when we arriving in Nagoya but we have to buy umbrellas and go out to find some cloths while we were very tired from the delayed flight.

    We are always flying with your airlines to Japan and would not expected to have this bad experience. We finally got our luggage back three days later but we are expected some responsibility from China Eastern Airlines. We have a flight with you again on April 21, 2018 (e-ticket no. 781597740660001) from Tokyo (HND) – Shanghai (MU540) – Bangkok (MU9841).

    We would be very appreciated if you could consider to upgrade our seat or cash compensation.

    We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    By mistake, I have entered the wrong birth month while booking my flight ticket from Japan to Delhi.
    How can I change and edit the details? or Can you change it on my behalf?

    Please let me know the process for changing the birth month in case I can change it myself.

    Dear China Eastern,
    I am having trouble contacting you so I will try here.
    I have been having an ongoing struggle with Trip . com since the end of December regarding a flight they have repeatedly promised to refund.
    According to them you will not return my money because I do not have a Chinese bank account even though I paid in AUD and their policy is to refund into the original payment account.
    Then I thought I would change the flight to one in September but they wanted me to pay an additional charge even though the ticket value was only half the price of the original, they then said you would refund the difference but this same promise had been made many times and they always claimed it was you who were responsible for the refund.
    I then contacted the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and registered my complaint so they said they would look into my complaint and their answer is to contact you, which I did a couple of months ago and was told you were the wholesaler so you both keep handing responsibility back to the other.
    I am happy to use the flight to go to Shanghai but who knows if this will be possible before it expires due to the corona virus so I want my money back.
    I have flown with you at least 4 times and love to visit Shanghai so in the future you will have my business again so I hope you will agree to my request at this time.
    I have also tried to become a member but have been unable to, can you direct me to non-Chinese membership requirements please.
