    My name is Leland Christopher Bowers. I have flown with your airlines any times. Most recently I fly from San Jose, Costa Rica in Febuary of 2021. I purchased a round trip ticket to return to San Jose at the End of March. Due to covid restrictions at the time in Ecuador, there was no way to get to the airport. All cars were restricted from driving I contacted UBER and dozens of Taxi companies and NOBODY was even willing to try. Being a USA natural citezen, I contacted the embassy and they confirmed that I would be allowed to fly. Perhaps, I did’nt plan well and can accept some resposability. I have ALWAYS loved your airlines becuase of your willingness to accomodate passagers, the way you are all so compassionate and willing to listen.

    I missed my flight due to corona virus. This has been extremely difficult for all of us. I have been abandoned in Ecuador and must leave ASAP. It is literally a crisis. Due to my current finacial situation I have yet to find an opption. Please consider my gratitude as a frequent customer and assist me with options to return to the USA. I have no resources here, and no support there. I suffer severly with mental illness and things like this are very difficult for me. My 90 days have expired and I want to maintain legal status to be able to return to Ecuador using Copa. If we could aggree on a plan with some credit from the flight I lost in march and apply it to a discounted ticket now I would be forever thankful.
