Hierbij wat vragen over onze vlucht naar Cuba(Booking nr : KIQ46U, vertrek 18 jan, retour 24 jan)
– Wat is de normale valuta in Cuba Ik hoor “Cucs” en euros- Moet er een visa aangevraagd worden, en zo ja, bij wie en hoe lang duurt dat.- Moet er een ziekte-kosten-verzekering aangevraagd worden, en zo ja.., bij wie, en hoe lang duurt dat.- Hoeveel tijd is er bij de transfer in Panama naar Cuba.- Kunnen we in Panama mobiel transport krijgen naar de Gate naar Cuba in verband met mijn COPD, en zo ja, hoe moet dat aangevraagd worden.- Wat is onze E-ticket.
Wanneer gaat het kantoor van Copa open op Curacao. ik heb een voucher voor een reis naar Cuba en wil nu gebruik van maken nu de airport van Havana opengaat. deze kan ik tot 31 december 2020 gebruiken en krijg geen gehoor via telefoon.

I booked in 2000 a ticket from SJO to Hato Curacao but Covid came and because of that i contact your costumer service that i wanted to change my ticket 2 days earlier. They adviced me to cancel the ticket and book a new one and told me that i can get my money back to contact the website http://www.budgetair.nl to ask for a refund.
So I did as they told me to do, I canceled the flight on march 19th 2000 and i bought a new ticket for march 17th from SJO to Hato. After that i contacted the ticketservice of budgetair.nl and they promised me my money back but i never received my money back.. i tryed many times to contact them and still i dont have an answer or received a refund..
So please.. Can someone of copa airlines help me?? so i can get my money back?
