- If any items lost at TSA checkpoint or within the terminal are taken to Love Field Lost and Found.
- If any items left on the gate bridge or in an aircraft are taken to Air carrier’s lost and found.
- Items not claimed after 30 days are donated to the United Way.
NOTE: Lost & Found office doesnot charge to search for your item.

My family and I are from Sweden and we flew from your airports to Nashville yesterday afternoon. When we arrived then we were directed to curbside check-in. Even though we asked for other options curbside check-in was the only one we were allowed to do they said… And we stood there outside with our infant in arms for 45 minutes! Obviously being from Sweden we are not used to these temperatures… On top of that there is an extreme heat wave going on and so you allowing people to stand outside in this is absolutely unfathomable! Last night my 11 month old got an extremely high fever and lethargy and extreme heat exhaustion. We have now had the roughest night and I are on our way to urgent care. Please rest assured that we will take legal action because this should never have happened. You obviously have people coming in from other countries who do not understand that the heat in this country… And letting people stand outside for this long is inexcusable! And of course as we know it can be life or death for little babies bodies. Our little one was red and purple and screaming by the time we got our luggage checked in. Also strollers should be free, but being over 23 kgs they charged us 75 dollars just to bring our stroller! And we’ve always traveled with this stroller, never having any issues..
Anyway,
We wanted to do the right thing by informing you of this before we take legal action.
We expect you to respond to this, although we cannot imagine any compensation good enough to make up for this horror for our baby, and if not we will proceed further with our lawyer.
