We (2 passengers) planned to return from Juba to Hong Kong on April 14, 2018. Our booked flights were ET 355 Juba to Addis Ababa and ET 672 Addis Ababa to Hong Kong. But we were changed to ET 357 which was on April 15, 2018 without any notification. Even worse the connecting flight ET 672 was not changed accordingly, and remained to be on April 14, 2018. That was a Saturday afternoon when we headed for the Juba Airport the check-in staff told us to go to the airline office to settle the booking ourselves. We tried but surely, the office was closed and we could only go the next day. The booking system was a total messy failure. We suffered the loss and had to settle everything on our own.

I am scheduled to travel to Accra from Hong Kong.I read about the baggage allowance and therefore inquiring for clarification.Traveling with single baggage must not exceed 32kg but with two baggage’s, each should weigh 23kg plus 7kg on cabin.Please confirm for me.

I just arrived a week in Shanghai from Hong Kong airport on 5th september using Ethiopia airlines. they couldn’t find my luggage and it was a black suitcase that contained all my school documents and all the things that were to help me with my study. I cannot make any further processes with my universities without paying huge sums of money to make up for the things in the bag that the airlines can’t find and I am here Still stuck in Shanghai with less money and a visa of one month please help me recover my things or atleast a compensation will be good to help me apply. Yesterday, I booked a ticket for my friend named “WONG WAI”, ticket details: HKG to JRO on 25/8/2019 and JRO to HKG on 6/9/2019.
At the same time, i established a ShebaMile account for her in order for her to credit the Mileages for this flight.
However, she didn’t receive any email from Ethiopian Airline about her account number till now, i wonder, may be i have typed a wrong email address, for example, it should be @hotmail.com instead of @gmail.com
