    I am trying to contact in your Tel 0097714005000 / 180 / 181 / 182 for some inquiries but I could not reach since a long time and today I went your office according to your following web page address but you are already shifted from your address but I did not see your update address in the page, I think it is your negligence, so that please kindly update your contact address first, then you can provide the service to your passengers.

    I don’t know what to do !
    Like can I directly go to the airport and show my reservation and get my boarding pass !

    For reservation related queries guests have to call India call centre at +91 80 371 52312 to get assistance.

    Please note Etihad Airways don’t have reservation service in Nepal anymore since Dec 2017.

    Nobody picking up the phone in Kathmandu reservation office at morning 10:30 am. This is rally not acceptable in Etihad Service.

    NO ONE ANSWERS YOUR PHONES AT YOUR OFFICE. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE TRY. I NEED TO CHECK ON HOW TO USE MILAGE EARNED BEFORE THEY EXPIRE. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE AT ETHIAD NEPAL. WHAT KIN DOF AN OFFICE DES NOT PICK UP ANY OF THE PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN??

    Dear Etihad,

    I have booked flights from Tribhuvan Airport, Kathmandu, to Dublin, Ireland, as follows:

    Friday 3rd April EY0291 departing 17.05 Business Class
    Saturday 4th April EY0045 departing Abu Dhabi 02.45 Business Class

    I have to be in Kathmandu until Tuesday 24th March.
    Because of Covid 19 increasing restrictions, can you please tell me if it would be possible to fly earlier?

    We had taken tickets of Etihad Airways at Kathmandu from one of its Ticket agencies . Because of Covid-19 pandemic our tickets was canceled and we have also submit form of canceled ticket to the agency and Etihad airways. But they they have not refund our tickets amount and givs us torture time to time . Still they are not ready to refund us . They gives us torture again and again . All international and domestic airways in Nepal Already refund cancelled tickets ( total Amount) but Etihad airways did not refund ticket amounts . Why they give us tourure and are not ready to refund the total amount of us . Travel agency reply that , thay we do not refund the total amounts of ticket ?
    I requestn to government authority and responsible officer to monitor his kinds of torture and explotation in Nepal and Kathmandu.
    Etihad airways and ticket agency both are in Kathmandu but not responsible to their customer.
    I request the government agency to monitor as soon as this kind of situation is suffered by Nepali citizens.people
    Please help us to refund the ticket amount.
