    I am a travel agent and would like to know first what the cost to upgrade from economy class to the next higher class (economy plus?) on the following reservation that is booked with American Airlines, but is a code share flight with you.

I would like to cancel the flight and be reimbursed for the flight due to the complications of traveling to Italy due to the coronavirus.
