I have purchased a air ticket from Jakarta to Semerang on 7 May 2021 (Garuda Indonesia 242,15:40-17:00) from Expedia.com. There was the booking confirmation (Itinerary No. 72083930850291) and the fare was paid by credit card. However, one minute later, I received an email again notifying me the booking was cancelled. they told me to contact you, the Airline directly. May I know what do I have to do in order to secure the booking? Is it I have to do the booking again and that your Airline would refund me previous payment?
