How to get an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate?

Through myGov online

1. Visit  myGov and access Medicare account (link medicare)
2. Go to Medicare section
3. Request an International COVID-19 vaccination certificates (ICVC) Australia
4. Enter the passport details, name, gender, date of birth.
5. Once entered all the required details, your details will be added in ICVC.
6. Download the certificate as a pdf or print the document or save in your device

Through Express Plus Medicare mobile app

1. Sign in using your details
2. Select Proof of vaccinations from Services.
3. Request an International COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
4. Select your name, and then Next.
5. Follow the steps to verify your vaccinations and passport details. You may need to update your middle name in the passport details screen to match what is on your passport.
6. Download the certificate as a pdf or print the document or save in your device
