How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Air New Zealand Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Air New Zealand:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/manage-bookings
- Enter the booking reference, family name
- Click “Continue”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
- You can also change your flight on Air NZ mobile app
How to get refund from Air New Zealand airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
- No fees change for tickets, if you have booked on flexichange (previously flexitime) or flexirefund (previously flexidate) and Flexirefund is also fully refundable.
- You can also opt-in for credit if you have an international flight due to depart before 30 June 2022.
Validity for using credits has been extended.
COVID-19 compassionate refund on Air New Zealand

- Supporting documentation will be required.
