How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in China Eastern Airline?

- Visit https://us.ceair.com/en/manage-booking.html
- Go to ‘My Trip’ – Order Management
- Enter the order/ticket number, passenger first/middle/last name
- Click “Manage booking”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from China Eastern airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
