How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Jet2 Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Jet2:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://www.jet2.com/login
- Enter the booking reference, passenger surname
- Click “Log in” (or)
- Contact through Jet2 Call Centre / Airport sales desks (or)
- If you’re a myJet2 member, you can also log in with that account
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Jet2 airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
By online
- Visit https://www.jet2.com/login
- Go to “My Bookings” and Click ‘request a refund’ under Flight details
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
Through Jet2 Airline Call Centre
- You can Call: 0333 300 0042, for more about refunds.
- Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Turkish customer service person.
Through travel agent
- If you have booked a Turkish flight ticket through any travel agent, please contact them directly.
