The national airline has to request it or civil aviation of that country .

This is to inform you that my Wife Qurat Ul Ain Ahsan Raza was having general Cough for 2 months, then GP advice her to General X-Ray & in that X-Ray the Claut of 2.5 CMS shown & immediately Doctor Advice for Biopsy of lungs because mostly its ends up to Cancer & we are very much worried due to this Xray & until its sorted we as a family won’t be able to conduct any family trip.
