Wellicht kunt u mij verder helpen of doorverwijzen. Ik heb op 4-8-2020 een ticket geboekt bij eDreams, Moskou – Amsterdam. Direct na de betaling van de ticket kwam de melding dat de reis is geannuleerd. Het is onmogelijk om contact te krijgen met deze mensen, noch telefonisch, noch per email, noch per chat. Op de website van e-Dreams staat dat zij lid is van IATA. Kunt u mij adviseren wat te doen?
