    I want to make a complaints against ALAKLOBI Travel agency, in Bisha, KSA. I requested to cancel my parents ticket which was bought from them two weeks before the date of visit, every week i went they told,to wait. Now its two months finished. I became to know that the ticket they didnot cancelled and now its showing” no show” I have lost the total money.
    Can you tell me where i have make this complain.

    I have a complaint against AL AKLOBI Travel And Cargo Agency in Bisha, KSA. I give them my parents ticket to cancel and refund money two weeks before the date of their travel date, they didnot do it and now two months finished I went to Biman Bangladesh Head office in Jeddah and came to know that they didnot cancel it. Now in no show.
    I have lost the total money.

    Therefore, please kindly provide us with the necessary requirements and the necessary steps in details to obtain the membership of IATA , knowing that we are still in the process of establishing the service of providing aviation fuel at airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Dear Concerned,
    Rehlat.com booking web site are cheating with my refund, on 19-10-2021 I cancelled my booking at same time and asked for refund around 2523.82SR they refund me only 1045.73SR never mind that. They send for me voucher by email and up to date they didn’t refund, I contact them several time by phone by email and its useless then I contact them by messenger on Facebook and on they replay to me by email that the ticket cant be refund.
