    Hi
I bought a ticket with Etihad Airways on 23rd of January 2020.
In February 2020 Etihad cancelled the flight due to Covid restrictions.
I contacted Etihad for 3 years ā€“ and they always ask ā€œWait, we are working on thatā€
Now they tell me ā€“ you are too late, no money return no voucher to be given.
Are they right and how I can return the money paid for the ticket ?
