Dear representatives of Iberia!
Last spring I changed my voucher for a ticket.
Flight – October/November 21.
Venice – Havana: 24th of October- 6th of November 2021 – (I can only travel in October/November certain days).
In August 21 Iberia changed departure from 24th to 23rd of October and arrival from 6th to 7th of November 2021
Because I could not go on those changed dates I was forced to take a voucher again, even if it was not my fault.
I really want to go on that trip this November 2022 (I chose a flight in oktober 22 already), but because I had to take a voucher before November (when you changed dates), there is validity of the voucher just until 13 of October 2022!!!
I am asking you if you can extend the validity of my voucher for 2 weeks, so that I can buy a ticket for the same trip on November 22 again. For the third time.
I do not want money back (even if you have changed flights), just let me buy ticket 2 weeks after my voucher expire.
My ex voucher from 21 would be valid until december 22! (I still have some little amount left there from old voucher , valid until dec 22)
Now it is valid only until 13th of October 22.
Please, consider my wish.
I think it is unjstice for me. .
