Your number 0800 990 824 replies with a voice message to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish and whatever you choose it goes back to the message.
We need to organize wheelchair service for my mother in law in one of your flights what must we do??

Absolutely useless airline None of the telephone numbers get through to the iberia office If you have no interest in serving south african customers please leave I have a flight booked in code share but cant get any info You are a disgrace I would advice all South African to boycott this useless airline ive just wasted 3 hours trying ti get hold if these oeople and holding on for a call that switched to Spanish

On the booking I mentioned I would need wheel chair assistance, since I am 65 years old and limited in my mobility.
Now I receive a mail from Expedia that I should contact them regarding a notice received from Iberia that you cannot confirm this request.
I am a missionary doing volunteer work in South Africa and due to my specific work conditions I am not able to be making phone calls to numbers I don’t know the final cost.
