I have purchased 2 adults and 2 children tickets on a two-way trip from Ulaanbaatar to Bangkok (depart on Dec 26th and arrive on Jan 9th) on November 26th, 2021.
The scheduled date of our trip was on the 26th of December, 2021. The first flight from UBN – ICN had no problems and was satisfactory.
However, when we tried to find our transfer flight from ICN – BKK (Jeju Air – Flight 2203), it was no where to be found. The details about the flight, terminal and gate numbers were not available at the Incheon International Airport.
When we asked about the situation from the airline desk, they have informed us that the flight is not departing and it was cancelled. Therefore, we had no other choice but to purchase the next flight from ICN to BKK from Asiana Airlines.
Which, brings us to our current situation where I want a refund on the flight ICN – BKK (Jeju Air – Flight 2203) and need an URGENT confirmation with certainty that the next flight BKK – ICN (Jeju Air – Flight 2204) on January 9th, 2022 is not cancelled and will depart on the specified date.
