Dear Customer Service of Jet Airways
I want to buy a ticket from Hong Kong to Dubai, round trip, trough Ctrip, however when i type my full name it;s state that my name is to long and need to short it. I’m afraid that if i short my full name i would not be allowed to check in. After calling Ctrip it suggested me to contact jet Airways to see how i should fill up my name i.e. Silveiro Gomes Martins (surname), Arnaldo Ernesto(name). Can you pls inform me how to do it.
