Not yet found my baggage, ad I have paid for customs clearance. Why??
We would like to find out why our shipment under AWB 706-28089460 which arrived in NBO on 20/03/21 is stuck in Kenya instead of it been received at destination on 23/03/21 as promised.
We are losing customers through cancellations of orders due to delays being perfected by KQ.
When can we have the said shipment at destination and what has caused such a delay.
