I am the shipper of air cargo shipped on Kenya airways FLT 349 and airway bill number 706- 2554 7701on the 13 of August 2017
Two of the three items were received in Freetown on the 17 August by the consignee Idrissa Yilla. The Kenya airways agent is Blue Birds Air cargo have not been able to locate the remaining item and the agents in Freetown and Khartoum are unable to respond appropriately to my complaint.
