  • KYSC TRADE

    Dear Kenya Airways Cargo Team,

Please be informed that M/s KYSC Trade booked a cargo worth 60000 USD from Hyderabad to Freetown(Sierralaone) by air with AWB no:706-5029 3611 on 17 November 2022. Till now the shipment has nĆ³t reached its destination. Upon checking we realised that your GSA in India M/s Rainbow Aviation Services have not shipped the cargo from Mumbai to its final destination. They mention that the cargo is over sized hence they cannot ship it to its destination.

My first question is how did they accept the cargo from Hyderabad and generate an AWB and move the cargo to Mumbai if it is over sized?

Secondly why dint they inform us about the cargo rejection all this while?

Thirdly, why dint they send back the shipment to the origin?( We KYSC haven’t received the cargo to the origin(Hyderabad) till date from November 2022).

Last but not least, who will bear the losses for the delays in air shipment reaching its destination. We KYSC lost our credibility and also a good size of orders from our clients as well the current shipment order worth approximately 60000 USD. How can Kenya Airways help us in resolving the issue asap.

We have been trying to reach your GSA(Rainbow Aviation) to resolve the issue without any positive outcome.

We expect a positive outcome from your end; failing to do so may lead us to proceed legally against Kenya Airlines with no options left on our end.

We are attaching some evidence for your perusal.

    Thankyou,

    KYSC Trade,
    Hyderabad.
