How to become a Kool Flyer Club Member?
Student may enroll as a Kool Flyer Club Member through online (or) any nearest Kenya Airways ticketing offices. You’ll receive a Membership card from Kenya Airways to enjoy the benefits. Ticket Discount offering extended to registered parent(s)/Gurdian(s) while accompanying the student.

How to register as Kool Flyers Club Member?
- Visit Kool Flyers Request Form
- Enter your First / Last name, DOB, Phone number, Address, Email
- Enter the institution name
- Enter your Passport Number / Expiry date
- Enter the Parent/Guardian details
- Click “Submit”.

How to get refund?
- Refunds after purchase of a students’ ticket will be subject to the fare rules governing the ticket. The normal refund process will take effect.

1. Can a Student show any proof during check-in?
- Yes. They’ve to produce a valid Kool Flyer membership card, Student’s ID and Passport to confirm eligibility at registration and at check-in.
2. Can I get the Kool Flyers Club benefits on codeshare flights?
- No. It is applicable only on Kenya Airways tickets purchased on Kenya Airways marketed and operated flights.
3. Do Kool Flyer Student Club Members earn Asante Rewards miles?
- Yes, you will earn and redeem points under the Asante Rewards program (T&C applies).
4. Are there physical membership cards for Student Club?
- Yes, a physical card with a unique membership number will be printed and sent to a Kenya Airways office nearest to you for collection.
5. I’ve purchase tickets through travel agents, can i enroll into Kool Flyers Student Club?
- Registration may only be done online or through any of our ticketing offices nearest to you.
