This is not a comment per se but a request. I am an ENT Specialist currently working with Kathmandu University Dhulikhel Hospital and going to Seoul National University Hospital for a 3 months long training today (2 January 2018) by KE0696 to Incheon Intl. The program is funded by Raphael International. The baggage allowance is 23 Kg + 12 Kg.
Would you be kind enough to provide me an additional 5 Kg of free baggage allowance as I need to carry some additional goods/documents for my training.

On my way to kathmandu to US, i will be traveling in Korean air 696 from Kathmandu to seol on june 25, 2019. I just want to make sure that korean air does not need transit visa because i don’t have visa for korea. I was not told anything about this while booking the ticket. Do you need any additional documents for this flight ?
Also, do i need to pay additional fee for the seat selection? What are the luggage weights you allow without additional charges?

My mother (Nepali Passport) aged 81 is flying from Seatle-KTM via Incheon with transit time 22 hrs. My travel agent told me that she doesn’t need a transit visa for a hotel outside the Airport. Similarly, the ticket also includes the cost of hotels and transportation. The only thing is we have to book the hotel in advance. I’m not sure about the information as I did not find such on your website. Please advise me.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am travelling to Seattle USA via Seoul on 10th March, 2020 with ten hour transit in Seoul. Do I need to be checked for Corona Virus before boarding the flight to Seattle even though I am completely healthy? Kindly update us on this issue at your earliest convenience. Thanks
