Why request a seat assignment when you change it with out notice.I requested an aisle seat when I booked the flight and when I checked in at the gate I found that I was seated further back and had a seat between two others, this was on a flight from INC to BKK on march 5 2018.
You used to be a good air line now not so good and I have about 50,000 sky miles with you.

    HELP US
We are at the Novotel Bangkok airport after our 11:15 am flight to Seoul
We held over 6 hours in the tar Mac….. with no further tickets issued…. My husband needs to go home due to a major injury and needed this short layover flight to TORONTO. We are not getting any help either on the phone or at the ticket counter. It is against airline international rules to hold passengers and not return to boarding ramp over 4 hours my husband and myself and two children were on the plane over 7 almost 8 hrs total in 33 degree weather and no food. This is an outrage – the UM left mid way thru the wait and I left my husband to be down in eco with my boys. We are demanding that we fly business together back home on the next short layover flight this is the least you can do after this disaster! … my husband is to see orthopaedic surgeon on arrival to Toronto and has infection from Thailand in his left foot we cannot play around with no service from your company.
    Please respond ASAP

I am trying to cancel my flights from BAngkok to Incheon to Boston to RAleigh Durha 1 AM March 3, #M6EEKE. There is no way to cancel on the Korean Air website. I tried to call the Bangkok regional office, but it is closed on Sunday. There has to be a way to cancel my flights. What is it? I already called Expedia, but they said that I should not cancel yet. But I definitely am canceling.

    Dear Korean Airlines,
My wife Shanshan Chen (Chinese passport with US Permanent residence) has not been inside of China for the past 5 weeks. She and I, Robert Detrano (US citizen, also not in China for past 5 weeks) are in Bangkok, Thailand and are booked on DELTA/KA Flight 7853 connecting in Seoul with Delta/KA Flight (BKK- LAX) on Tuesday March 3, 9:40am. Confirmation #H62JKM.

Will there be problems with my wife changing planes in Seoul?

I have been unable to contact the Bangkok office of Korean Air as the phone number seems to be incorrect. I have also received no response from customer service when I use their contact comments form. It appears to be impossible to change or cancel a flight with Korean Air and yet they claimed they had to impose penalties on Skypass members as there were too many no shows for flights booked on points. Perhaps if it was possible to contact their customer support they wouldn’t have this problem.

I have tried many, many, many times to call your office in Bangkok and even in Seoul, Korea all day yesterday. The number not working no one answering. I was on hold for several hours. I urgently need to speak to someone TODAY regarding my flight cancellation (you informed me by email 2 days ago that my flight ICN – IAD is cancelled). Please someone call me today.
