My 18 years old daughter and I, are travelling to the USA next week. My daughter has been unwell and I am surprising her with this holiday as a reward for her bravery (she thinks we are going interstate the weekend).
I am writing to you in the hope that to make this extra special for her, there might be a chance of an upgrade.
We are both members of Korean Air.
It’s probably not possible, but I thought there’s no harm in asking.
    Thank you for you time,
    Karin Sochacki

My wife and I are booked on KE124 from Brisbane arriving in Frankfurt on KE 905 on the 13th December. We return on KE 906 on the 7th January. Our booking number is LOYLOY.

Our destination is Hamburg and I know that there is a FLY/RAIL scheme giving discounted fares with German railways (DB) but they say that the tickets have to be issued by the airline.

Please advise how I can get these discounted rail tickets for this particular trip

    Regards

I and my family traveled from Seoul to Sydney in 2014. We got some mileage from this flight individually. Because we have skypass individually. After that, we went to again to Sydney in 2015. But we did not get mileage. Also last year I went to my country by a Korean air with a return. I did not ger mileage again. I just have gotten family plan a few days ago. How can we get the past mileage to our skypass?

    Thank you

    Dear Madam/Sir,

I am writting to ask for further information about stoppover in South Korea.

My parents will be flying from Sydney to Prague on Monday, 6/1/2020 with Korean airways and they have long stoppover, (approx. 19 hours) in Incheon international Airport. My question is, are they allow to leave airport and come back next day 7/1/2020? What does it mean for them? Do they need to go through any special migration control and what does it mean for them? Do they need any specila documents?
On the other hands, if they may buy some souveniers from South Korea, is there any souveniers or things which they not suppose to take it on the board?

Would you mind to anwer for me these questions, please
I look forward to hearing from you soon,

    Yours faithfully

    Marketa
