I took AK239 to HKG on 3 Mar 2019 from BKI. I lost my sunglasses at the security area of BKI. I want to enquire but seems like only one channel can be asked – instaFILE lost property reporting. It charged $29.9 ringit but is it a compulsory payment?

I’m Bryan from BKI to KUL on a 2 p.m flight on January 3rd using Malindo Air.
My son boarded the plane without a blue Nike backpack , It will have been left on chair .But We found out this after returning to Kuala Lumpur and sent several emails to the person in charge. But I haven’t heard from him yet.
It is very important to my son.
My son’s favorite Apple Watch, iPad keyboard, soccer shoes, and soccer ball are in the bag.These are the things he saved and bought hard.
