    Dear Kuwait airways in Bangkok.

    Good afternoon.

    I hope all goes well with you.

    I would like to ask you about ticketing without check out.

    I issued below ticket.
    1. Eastar Air / PUS(pusan) -> BKK / 15th Dec
    2. Kuwait airways / BKK -> KWI(Kuwait) / 15th Dec

    Question
    1. If I donā€™t have luggage, Is it possible ticketing Kuwait airways ticket without check out in the Suvarnabhumi Airport?
    2. If cannot, Please let me know that how to transit Eastar Air to Kuwait airways within 2hours (from arrive to departure time)
    – if you have any extra service like a special check in, I want to request.

    Your quick reply will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks and regards.

    I have tried your Bangkok office many times, sent emails to customer services in Kuwait that referred me back to Bangkok and so far now nearly 2 months , nothing.
    Itā€™s not I stress NOT the service I would expect being an international traveller on many airlines. So far this has to be the most stressful.
    Can someone from Bangkok or Kuwait respond
