- Kuwait Airways is introducing Home Check-in Service at Kuwait for Royal and First Class travelling to any destination except New York (JFK).
- This service needs to be booked minimum 48 hours prior to departure.

This is a complaint regarding flight KU382 from Kuwait to NewDelhi on 10May 2017.the flight was diverted for no reason and the authorities were very complacent. They had no information and when called to enquire about arrival, they were giving information about approximate departure. In helping confused and non co operative staff. Around 3am the phone was also put on permanent hold so that they don’t have to answer.

I don’t know what to do there was fragile tag was fixed really very bad experience
I had sent an urgent letter to Turkey through Indian postal (Speed post EF456240379IN). Indian speed post department told that my letter is with Kuwait Airlines at Delhi, so I am contacting you on this regard.
This letter is very URGENT and if it don’t reach Turkey by 1st week of March then I will loose my job. Need your help to recall this letter so that I can use express courier to send it to Turkey with in 1st week of March.
Could you please help me on recalling my letter (EF456240379IN)? If you confirm then I will submit recall request to Indian postal department. Please please help me, it is related to my Job. Consider this as a special case in this Covid environment to save my Job and Life. Please help.
