- Kuwait Airways is introducing Home Check-in Service at Kuwait for Royal and First Class travelling to any destination except New York (JFK).
- This service needs to be booked minimum 48 hours prior to departure.

Sir, I have booked and handed over a urgent shipt 2 pcs/320 kgs under AWB No. 229-13821135 thru our overseas partner IATA Rinaldin Sped Int. SRL at your Rome cargo office on 19th March and it was scheduled to depart on Flt No.KU166/27MAR but since then its 4th time offloaded again and again, now system showing it will depart as below.
2 pieces at 320.0 kilos booking confirmed on flight KU381 on 02APR from Kuwait, Kuwait to Delhi, India
2 pieces at 320.0 kilos booking confirmed on flight KU166 on 01APR from Roma (Rome), Italy to Kuwait, Kuwait
We request you to kindly arrange depart the shipt urgently as we are facing too much problem/loss due to delay in shipt at origin since last 15 days held up at origin only.. your help in this will be highly appreciated.

according to Kuwait tracking – full quantity has reached ROME on 21 July 2018 but seeing no information from Rome to Naples.
