In regards with the ticket that i purchase via Visa card. I called to the nearest ticketing office to cancelled the flight due to corona virus they cancelled already and they advise me send email to IBE REFUND they replied that within two weeks day will process the refund but until now since I email to them nothing happened, I cancelled last February 10,2020 before the the flight.

We’ve had two big suitcases missing and at the airport the woman at the suitcase recovery said that they’ll be in touch in one day, however they haven’t rang us and we tried ringing them but they didn’t answer.Morevover we have no clothes to wear except for the clothes we went on the flight with from Manchester to Kuwait.Then Kuwait to Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
