Hello there,
I have been trying to book a flight directly with Kuwait airlines for 2 days! Firstly, the website is not working properly so every time I try to use it I get a ‘technical error’ message. So then I have tried to book by calling the office – many times. The phone has never been answered and just rings for several minutes!
I have now booked through Expedia for my Kuwait airways flight but Have been told that I need t reserve a seat directly with you.
Could someone please contact me to help me to do this.

Money + other things were stolen from my carry on bag during a security check at Kuwait Airport while I was in transit through it. I complained about it and sent e-mails suggesting that the matter should be investigated to a number of high officials in Kuwait Civil Aviation, Kuwait Airways in Kuwait and London, Kuwait Airport, Kuwaiti Ambassador in London and the Kuwaiti Ministry of the Interior through their contact page. I Have not received any replies from any of them. Is there a recommended way of getting Kuwaiti officials to take notice of e-mails?
