I happen to travel from Toronto to Delhi via London (AC848) and Kuwait (KU104) on 23 Dec 2018 flight KU383. My luggage was detained in Kuwait and delivered to me after eight days. Not only I had to buy all the stuff to attend the wedding of my daughter resulting in loss to me, but when I get the luggage I found some body opened one of the bags and stole my expensive stuff. I immediately claimed for the loss but the airline is yet to respond to my claim. I find it is deficiency in service and should accept responsibility for this lapse.
I am constrained to say that I will have to file for legal case as I am not getting any response from the Airlines.
