    TKT NO: 220 852 335 1094
    BKG CODE: UDR95H

tkt was issued on 22nd Oct’19 through Lufthansa website, Lufthansa.com.
Payment was made through NET BANKING.
Ticket was cancelled on 29th Nov’19 due to Visa rejection.(Rejection letter was attached).
it was informed by LH to credit refund amount within 1 month of cancellation.
According to LH, refund was initiated on 24th Dec’19.
But as of today, 21st Jan’20, refund amount has not been received.
In-numerable mails & plenty of telecon made to toll free & customer relations office BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS.
Getting same reply that credit has been initiated & I need to check my bank.
I have filled in FEEDBACK FORM twice but didn’t get any positive response than same repeated replies to check with my bank.
NO BODY IN LUFTHANSA IS COURTEOUS to direct me to right channel where I can address the issue.

Had to put my 2 tickets with Lufthansa on hold to be rescheduled later because of a medical reason. First off, their support sucks, you have to call multiple times and wait 30+ mins each time, even then you may get lucky that they connect you with their support staff. I told them that it is due to medical reason that i want to put my flight on hold, but the kept insisting that they can’t do that whereas every airline does it in case of medical emergency. I guess that’s what they’ve been trained to say in their support training. Finally after arguing with them for 20 mins the support staff shared an email ID and asked me to wait for approval from their documents department, after which they said they’d be able to reschedule my flight. It has been almost 2 months now, still no response from their documents department. Called their support multiple times, no answer. And the most freaking ridiculous thing! They canceled both my tickets and gave me refund of less than 5% on my tickets!

I had flown in from Frankfurt to Delhi by LH760 landing on 17th December 2022 morning. This flight was delayed by about 2 hours. My connecting flight to Bangalore was by Vistara. As my checked-in bag did not come on the carousel for about 20mins and the boarding time for the Vistara flight was fast approaching, I was advised to proceed and file a PIR with Vistara in Bangalore, which I did. Vistara has not been able to trace the baggage for 4days now. And I am not able to connect to any of the Delhi phone numbers I got from them. Could you please help out? Should you need any further information, please let me know.
