- At the Lufthansa baggage tracing desk at the airport or
- At the Lufthansa service counter at the airport.
If any individual items or the entire contents of your baggage are missing, you should report this immediately upon arrival:

Note: Reporting the loss at a later date can only be accepted if this is made in writing online within seven days.

I purchased a return ticket Algiers- Frankfurt (Lufthansa), Frankfurt-Montreal(Air Canada) and return. Departure date April 23 2020 and return 11-11-2020. Due to corona-19 flights have been discontinued and I am still waiting for update to return home. Kindly advise me:
a) The validity of my ticket,
b) When the same route will be open,
c) What are my options.

I made a booking for Algiers Frankfurt Budapest and I was given an option until 30 July 2022 to pay the booking through the Lufthansa Bank account which I did today Thursday. I sent the payment slip at 4 PM and I am not sure if it was received by the Lufthansa team in Algiers. I am afraid to lose the booking because Friday and Saturday are weekly days of rest in Algeria and Sunday my booking will expire.
