    I have spent well over 5 hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the call. Need to change the itinerary of 1 of our family members, but I can not do this online as the ONLY option is to change everybodyā€™s itinerary if I want to make a change. Ridiculous, bad serviceā€¦..

    It is impossible to call you, i needed to contact you because of changes in schedule made by you and it is not possible at all, regardless of the office (Finland, Poland or Germany) and regardless of time from 8am until 11pm. Guys simply allow changes online or put more staff in to the call line or do not change flight schedules so often! really annoying!

    Spending hours and hours waiting on the phone while saying that the waiting time is 7 minutes or 10 minutes or 12 minutes.

    It is horrible.

    I want to change my tiket reservation and the booking code was encrypted since it was the first time and it seems i made that option during the reservation. It is really impossible to work with you.
