Malaysia Airlines ultimate flexibility ticket change policy, offering unlimited, free changes to all new and existing bookings
Ultimate Flexibility travel and ticket criteria as below:
- New and existing bookings issued on or before 31 Mar 2020.
- Flight rebookings must be made on or before 31 May 2020.
- Rebooked travel date must be on or before 31 Dec 2020, based on seat availability where fare difference may apply.
- Go Show is valid for travel between 13 Mar to 21 May 2020, subject to availability.
Rebookings must be carried out at Malaysia Airlines Ticket Office or via its Global Contact Centre at 1-300-88-3000 (in Malaysia) or +603 7843 3000 (outside Malaysia) as well as Malaysia Airlinesā appointed agents.
