VERY POOR SERVICE NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE AT DOHA OFFICE.
the first thing you should do is setup a telephone line that actually works properly
every time I call the MEA offices, the lines are not clear and the phone call ends up by breaking
I hope you take my comments and work on improving your services starting with telephone lines

calling all the lines for 3 consecutive days. unfortunately, no answer! this is extremely disappointing.
On March 4,2020, I have booked a round trip ticket to Lebanon starts on March 13, 2020, but yesterday, a notice from Qatar Government Office issued, to not allow to Lebanese passengers to enter the State.
What is the procedure now to receive back the money payed. please advise.
