Overweight baggage fee (Heavier than 20kg and up to 32kg)
Overweight baggage fee must be paid in addition to checked baggage fee for baggage which weighs between 20 kg and 32kg.
*Baggage weighing over 32 kg in 1 piece cannot be checked.
*Sports equipment cannot be checked in as overweight baggage.
*Overweight baggage fee can be paid only at the contact center/airport counter.

Damage baggage

Peach does not assume liability for the following damage to baggage, although adequate precautions will be taken

  • Baggage because of excess weight or over packing
  • Damage to baggage because of fragile state of the baggage and its defects such as normal wear and tear.
  • Damage and/or loss to protruding parts, baggage accessories, and removable parts (name tags, keys, hooks, andstraps), and baggage parts (built-in locks, handles, and wheels).
  • Minor damage such as scuffs, cuts, dents, and dirt
  • Claims made after 7 days
  • Damage and/or loss to contents of baggage

Compensation

  • Domestic flights: for baggage and personal belongings, the indemnity is up to Ā„150,000 per customer.
  • International flights: there is a compensation limit. Please refer to the Conditions of Carriage.
